SPANISH! u can teach her French…duh

Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, and whatever is spoken in India.

Think of the nations that are posed to be the key players in the world from an economic point of view:

Brazil, India, China, Russia

I think it depends on if she is ever planning to go to france. If she wants to move there eventually then do it! but otherwise, there are TONS of people in and around the US that speak spanish, and it REALLY helps on a job application, and if shes already taken over 6 years, even if shes forgotten most of it, then she should do spanish because it will come back to her once she starts learning it again. but if she REALLY wants to do french, then I'm sure it wouldnt be a big deal, spanish and french are similar, and i dont see why she couldnt do a little spanish, but focus mainly on french if she wants it so bad

u noe that it does matter what you really want but really from my opinion she SHOULD take spanish because theirs more ppl who speakspanish and french can be fun but a waist of time unless she would go 2 france or somethin ur mom is right ur answer was both right and wrong theirfore she should take spanish

Why is she taking any foreign language? If she has 2/3 years of high school spanish then she doesn't need to take any in college.
but if she does have to then she should take what she wants to. She would have to take a placement test in spanish, then the school would put her into the class level they feel is right.

I think she should take Spanish, just because it is EVERYWHERE! I took French all thruout high school and have never used it!. I really really really wish I had taken Spanish instead. Even on the most practical things, like if your gardener speaks Spanish, you can actually communicate with him. It will help her out in the long run.

i personally think that she should take french. if she wants a challenge take french. spanish is similar in a way to english so its sometimes easier to understand than french. if she took spanish for 6 years then she should probably try something new. if she ends up not liking the one she takes she might be able to switch the next semester

Well on one hand she should go with the spanish because she already knows quite a bit of it, so then it would jog her memory and she could learn it a lot quicker. But on the other hand French is a great Language to learn, and if she learns it you guys could talk together…. WEll hopefull you can pick one of them… To be totaly and completely honest I would do the French because then I could talk with my twin, in her case, and still know some spanish.
